Description

For a wide range of dishes – with the Morsø Forno Outdoor Grill and the Morsø Forno Gas Medio & Grande – the Morsø Toscan Plancha plays the role of a griddle.
The bevelled edge surrounding the cooking plate helps to ensure that fish, meat and vegetables stay on the plate, in the centre, above the heat. In addition, the plate also serves as a catcher for liquids and meat juices.
The bevelled edge is designed to accommodate the Morsø Handle, allowing it to be lifted during the cooking process.
